As members of Relais & Châteaux, we were given the Guide Référentiel Sanitaire (Health Reference Guide) published by Bureau Veritas.
All teams have been trained to guarantee the safety of our guests without compromising quality of the experience, the beauty of the premises, the authenticity and warmth of interactions between patrons and team members. The new measures are in line with health and safety guidelines already in place in our establishments.
Thus, according to the measures laid down by Bureau Veritas, we have introduced new rules to our own guidelines in order to guarantee the well-being of all.
These include:
- Possibility to carry out check-in and check-out at a safe distance
- Personalization of processes, which can be adapted to individual needs (room cleaning, room service, etc.).
- Widespread availability of disinfectant gel
- Training of all teams in barrier gestures and new protocols
- Compliance with physical distance instructions
- Wearing of masks by all teams in contact with the hosts
- Strict room disinfection protocol and increased frequency of cleaning and disinfection of all public areas with certified products and equipment
- Significant reduction of physical contact points through the implementation of alternative solutions: oral communication, digitalization of media, displays and ephemeral supports, etc.
